Meow there, Monday!  Going for a kawaii-inspired look for today's blogpost.  Not quite costumey, but more on the casual side.  Originally wanted the skirt to be pink and white but couldn't seem to render the white right.  =^.^=

Sketch... another quick hair sketch

Meow there, Monday!  This was another one of the quick sketches I did at the dentist's clinic,,, but I wasn't able to finish it over there.  Took a photo of the magazine page and finished it at home... The sketch didn't look like the reference photo at all, as I wasn't paying much attention to it but was having fun with the shading part.  =^.^=

Doodle... sun's caress

Meow there, Monday!  Had a lot of fun with this flowery doodle!  Was inspired by Dahlias... The Fashion Monger variety of Dahlia (this one) is especially striking and beautiful!  Although my version looks  more like the Clematis!  It's a few petals short of the Dahlia, but it works for the curvy lines I was going for.  I made it curvy and swirly 'coz I LOOOOOVE Art Nouveau.   I'm calling this "Sun's Caress"... =^.^=

Had to stop drawing for a moment and capture the beautiful afternoon sunlight streaming through my window...
