Meeeoooow, Monday!  Happy 2022!  Another new year, hope this one is going to be a good one, or at least a neutral one.  2021 was rather scrappy.  Anyway, drawing a different style of foliage this time...  still in black ink of course!   Been wanting to do colors but haven't gotten around to buying new inkpens.  Not quite fond of the colors I currently own.  Sooooo, it's all black ink for the mean time!

Meeeoooow, Monday!  All-ink ink art!  Enjoying the simple aesthetic of ink.  Combined the dotty pointilism with line art for slightly different look from my previous dotty ink doodles.  Had a lot of fun with this... but my arthritis wasn't amused.  😸😸😸

Meeeoooow, Monday!  Revisiting one of my pointilism foliage designs from several months back.  Made a square version of it...  Been doing all colored doodles, it's a nice change to create with just ink.  Loving the simplicity of ink!

Meeeoooow, Monday!   For a bit of change, it's a lettering/font design for today's art post.  It's been months since I've last done one. Suzanne's one of my barkada since art school sometime in 19-forgotten.  Barkada is a Filipino word for buddy/homie/squad... I guess you can also say it's a slang word.  Barkada can be a small group or a big one and it generally refers to those close friend/s you have grown up with and/or went to school with.  Friend/s you always hang out with.  You can be have more than one barkada group of course... a elementary school barkada, a high school barkada, college barkada, etc... There are three of us in my art school barkada...
