Meow there, Monday!  Missed doing portraits, so here's another one - South Korean actor Lee Joon Gi... Been watching a lot of kdramas (and jdramas too!) lately.  They're so addictive!  Watched several of Lee Joon Gi's dramas and movies.  My favorite would have to be Two Weeks!  I love how he portrayed his character in that drama!  One of my fave drama characters!  😺😺😺

I didn't quite get the likeness in my portrait... Need more practice!!!  I really like this reference pic though.  I want to do another one!  His facial features and face angle in the pic are interesting for portraiture...And of course, he's quite good looking too!  😻😻😻

Meow there, Monday!  Haven't done a portrait for quite a while now... Kim Sun-A is one of my fave South Korean actresses!  First saw her in My Lovely Kim Sam Soon, one of my fave korean dramas.  I Do, I Do was also a fun kdrama.  Loving how fashionably chic she was in I Do, I Do!  I also love her character in Scent of a Woman... a tearjerker kdrama but worth watching!  😺😺😺

I used my usual art supplies... Derwent watercolor pencils and Staedtler 8B Mars Lumograph graphite pencil.  Started with a base layer of watercolor pencils and gave it a wash.  Adding layers of colors as need.  Then I used the 8B for facial features/details and the hair.  Please ignore the mispelled name I wrote in pencil... 😸

I like watching/listening to music videos while I do my art stuff.  The music video in the pic above is Because It's You by Shin Hye-Sung.  Lovely song!  Anyway, sharing a couple of beautiful songs from Kim Sun-A's kdrama, Scent of a Woman...
