Inktober hair sketch with brushpens

Meow there, Monday!  A quick hairstyle sketch/illustration for Inktober.  Second time doing a brushpen drawing, using Faber-Castell Pitt Artist Pens and UniPin inkpens.  I definitely need a lot of practice!  Not sure how to use them really.  It was kinda fun but I still prefer my usual supplies - watercolor, watercolor pencils and graphite pencils.  I guess they're my comfort zone.  😺😺😺

Ink floral drawing inspired by the Clematis flower

Meow there, Monday!  Playing with white pigment ink (Uni-ball Signo)... first time doing an illustration with it, rather than just using it to add highlights and small touch-ups.  Inspired by the Clematis flower.  It's not an all-ink Inktober artwork... I used Sakura watercolors for the background.  This was a very, very, very fun illustration to do!!!  I enjoyed doing the gradient and textured background. I also liked the contrast of white ink as well... something different and new from my usual black inkpens.  😺😺😺
